  1. Property Sales: We facilitate the sale of properties between buyers and sellers, but we are not a party to any sale or transaction. We assign our contract with the seller to the end buyer (investor) including our assignment fee, who eventually closes on the property. We work with a title company or an attorney to close the sale. We do not guarantee the availability, condition, or quality of any property listed on our website.

 

  1. Fees and Payments: We do not charge any fees for browsing or searching our property listings. However, we may charge a fee to buyers or sellers who use our services to facilitate the sale of a property. These fees will be disclosed to the parties involved at the time of closing.

Intellectual Property: Our website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of PRIME HOME EQUITY LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or damage to property. Our liability to you is limited to the fees paid by you for our services, if any.
